Inner thigh stretch (butterfly)
Sitting with the soles of your feet together — opens the hips and inner thighs.

How to do it
- Sit down with your back straight and your legs bent.
- Put the soles of your feet together.
- Holding on to your feet, try to lower your knees towards the floor.
- Hold for 15 to 20 seconds, breathing slowly.
Form tips
- Sit on a folded towel if your back rounds.
- Let gravity do the work.
Common mistakes
- Pushing the knees down with your hands.

Slide your feet further away from you.
Make it harder
Hinge forward slightly from your hips with a long back.
