Privacy policy
Short version: no tracking, no adverts, no accounts, no forms collecting your details.

Cookies and tracking
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't load third-party scripts, fonts or trackers when you visit. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie for the site owner's private admin area (under /admin/); ordinary visitors never receive it.
Things stored in your own browser
If you use the workout timer's "Beeps" option or tick sessions off on a plan, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device so it's still there next time. It is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data (or with the "Clear my ticks" button on a plan).
Forms
There are no public forms on this site, and we don't run user accounts. If you email us, we use your email only to reply and keep it no longer than needed.
Server logs and outbound links
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, pages requested, time and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. When you follow a link to another website through our /go/ links, we count the click (date, link name and the page it was on) — no personal details are stored with it.
YouTube videos
Videos are shown with a click-to-play player: nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google's privacy policy applies to that video.
Other websites
Links take you to other websites — such as the NHS, GOV.UK or Amazon.co.uk — which have their own privacy policies. Amazon may use cookies to recognise that you arrived from our affiliate link.
Your rights and contact
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you (for example, an email you sent us) and ask us to delete it. Email hello@upliftwomensfitness.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
